Recently got HBA1C test back. 52 ( I had lost my focus totally in hot weather put on weight about 8 lbs) Thought my HBA1C would be
in the 60s or 70s.
But I had a query about Fatty Liver ( I know minimal about this)
1 test. Serum alanine aminotransferase has come back above the
(0.0 -35.0) range. It's 46.
I am 75 with underactive Thyroid and a lot of weight still to try and lose.
I have not seen the Diabetic Nurse yet to review tests etc.
Currently on Metformin, Levoxythyroxine a type of statin and Ramipril.
Trying to refocus but would appreciate if others have any knowledge of
non alcoholic Fatty Liver. Diabetes Type 2 ( I should have said).
