HbA1C reduced to 6.4% from 7.2% in 3 months

I had got my blood report yesterday. I am so far happy to see the numbers reduced by 0.8 % in 3 months. I thank to valuable members feedback through the forum . Of course the improvement is due to my participation in the forum.

Thanks to all for your warm messages. I will try to improve further. The forum is really a great platform ,I understood through my participation.

I think I should now consult my doctor to adjust my medication . Makes sense ?
 
Amazing well done!!!!! I got 38 on my hc1 thingy bob and I was totally made up by that so I will do a happy dance for you!:)
 
Thanks to all for warm words. I visited my doctors recently ,all of them were happy . By the way, I was given as well a couple of choices to reduce medication .
 
I am not very efficient in contriving diet, but what I strictly observed is the walking at least 40 minutes everday
 
In addition, I believe in the power of some herbal stuff like cinamon , fenegreek seeds....
