Well chuffed!.... results in today from latest blood test Hba1c down from 139 in Nov to 58. so... Toujeo dose lowered to 6 units and Metformin upped to 2 x 500mg per day.

Well done. I too was diagnosed type 2 last November and my HbA1C has dropped from 99 to 59.

I get the impression that many people get to a A1C of 48 or under around 6 months of doing the low carb diet.
