Congratulations!!! I am hoping my 62 year old mother, who have been on oral medication for 20 years, could do the same. We just started a new diet plan for her.

Dont mind asking, How long were you diabetic for?!

It never ceases to amaze me me that such a simple thing as diet can have so much of an impact on health and well being, not to mention improved prognosis.

FANTASTIC!! Results. What did you do to get such results? Ketogenic diet?, Low Carb diet?, Fasting? Vegan?????
