Got my first 6 months review results back today and feeling great! Dropped from initial reading of 67 in April to 37 now. Hard work of exercise and diet paid off, but still got to keep on the metformin. Review again in 3 months and if readings still same or better then meds will be reduced or stopped. Happy days!
