Thanks for your replies I typically eat a lots of fruit and vegetables as I'm vegetarian . My exercise is not great as waiting for a hip replacement. I also only eat whole grain pasta and rice . Maybe it's the lack of exercise that is the problem
Fruit (apart from berries) is usually very high in fructose. Pasta and rice (whole grain makes no difference) are also high carb items. If I was eating that i would not be at all surprised that my BG was rising. Are you using a meter to test the impact of what you're eating on your blood sugar levels?Thanks for your replies I typically eat a lots of fruit and vegetables as I'm vegetarian .
