Hba1c test due?

Can anyone tell me if my HB A1 C is due by looking at my signature at the bottom of this post I cannot see it as I am on my mobile phone many thanks in advance.

You have Oct, May, Nov, Dec dates there. You'll have to work it out.

You seem to have been having them approximately 6 monthly, last one December 2015. Looking at your HbA1c results, if you were at my GP practice you would now be on 12 monthly tests.

That's what he said. He said they were too good to be checked more frequently than every 12 months.
I'll just have to finger prick a little more often I guess...
