So I 3 weeks ago I had my first HbA1c test done at the hospital and I was wondering how long does it generally take for you guys to get your results back?

You should have it within 3 weeks. I've had mine done before and they have had results at my checkup within a week.
They usually ask for blood samples 2 weeks before reviews. So they can easily process it within 3 weeks.

Yeah I had my first review on the 26th of June which he did my hba1c then, he also said that I would get them done before my next appointment also.
