Hi everyone,
Just got first 3 month check after diagnosis. Hba1c had gone down from 52 to 41!! Woo hoo! Just a few little changes have made that difference - literally. Nurse said I was her 'star pupil'. Honestly, the simplest of changes have done that. I feel like I have literally dodged a bullet and intend to keep that level now and if possible, get it down further. Not posting to gloat, only to show that for some, but obviously not all, the numbers can be dragged back.

What were the changes you implemented?
