To be honest i don't really know . Ive kept to what the specialist told me. I have quite a physical job so that helps with the day time glucose levels. Ive cut out heavy snacking at home and have larger main meal of an evening so i'm not eating late at night. To be fair i had a lot of hypos at work the first month of taking insulin until i got my dosage right depending on my level of activity, so im sure that had an effect on it! Im half expecting to be higher next time, but only time will tell.
