Short post , scored hbac1 of 32 six months ago , relaxed a little to see what I can get away with - just got my result....... 32 again ! Back of the net!!!

Oh totally, don’t wanna think relax means eating junk , my weight is 3kgs lighter than last time- the term relax means I may have a curry with no rice but Bhaji and popadoms or carvery with one potato on Sunday, still strict 90% of the time

Thankyou, happy with that, dont deserve credit though health is serious , common sense you would think ? just another person diabetes diagnoses has whipped into shape!
