ive never heard of it, is it listed on labels as HFCS or does it go under other names please?

It's normally labelled as fructose here.

It doesn't spike bs as much as normal sugar, so was though good for diabetics.
It was sold as the healthy option overall, as it came from fruits, not sugar beet or cane.
Problem is the way it's digested, and you more you eat the worse it gets for your body.
Normal amounts in fruit aren't bad, but it's now produced as a cheap "sugar" from corn, so the market is being flooded with it, instead of sugar.
(The day has come when tate and lyle can claim to be healthy).

If you avoid carbs, you won't have a run in with it.
If at least you avoid sugar you should be ok, but the danger is it's labelled fructose, which is from a fruit, and "healthy".

Even my fruit yoghurt has fructose in, I know enough to guess the numbers are about right for the fruit, but if they up it artificially, a lot of people wouldn't, they' would be on "healthy" fruit yoghurt, with no added sugar, it's just concentrated from the fruit, but possibly worse for them.
