Headache

Depends on the intensity and duration of the headache, whether I have any other symptoms and what I have to hand.
I may take paracetamol, aspirin, ibroprofen or just lie down and rest.
Having diabetes has made no difference to the painkillers I take or how often I take them (not very often).
 
Anything from stopping reading or staring at a screen to having a glass of water or taking over the counter meds as per the directions. Stronger meds can affect blood glucose levels for some people.

If you eat no processed foods your salt intake is likely to be very low. I suffered from headaches when I first followed a LCHF diet and found that a little added salt got rid of them.

Paracetamol. But to be honest. I can't remember the last time I needed to down a tab...
