Headaches/Lethargic/Body Aches

Hi am type 2 recently started on insulin whilst in hospital for asthma two weeks ago.

through the course of the day my numbers are still getting to mid 20s and have tipped into 30s a couple of times, I am on lots of steroids at the moment am hoping numbers will reduce when steroids stop.

Other than asthma I am generally feeling unwell. Am exhausted, everything aches, headaches. Have you experienced this with high BS or insulin. Thanks

Yes, those are pretty common with high blood glucose.
Are your insulin doses being adjusted?

Hi, thank you. Yes they are, nurse called this morning and has adjusted them up.

due back at work next week, right now I wouldn’t be able to function
