Headaches

My dad has had a headache for 3 days and my mom is taking him to the ER.... He's diabetic and takes his daily pill, but is it normal to have a headache for that long? He's a very stubborn man and I'm hoping he's open to the ER. He thinks going to a place to rub his neck and head will do it, but I don't know what to think or do.

Diabetes doesn't cause headaches so he needs to get it checked out. Yes, neck massage may help but it could be something more serious
