Now hear is a conundrum... on the verge of going for the flu shot I read this...
I had mine two years ago but not last year. I am still leery of this despite being aware of the reasons us DMs should have it. 8)

All well and good but none of the Grauniad stuff gets to the point.
WHY do so many health practitioners pass on the shots each year?
Doctors are well paid so it cannot be the cost.
Maybe nurses et al should get it free? If they did would the stats change that much?
Or is it because the docs in the know feel it is either a waste of time or the risks are too high?
Once again nothing is clear cut and it causes me to worry even tho likely I will still go and have it.
Sometimes I truly despair about the state of all of this. 8)
