    I received a email this morning from an organisation called Healthline. In this communication was a section entitled " Eat starches such as potatoes, banana's, pasta, bread etc. They go on to say by eating these foods are good for type 2 diabetics and helps prevent colon cancer!
    No wonder people get confused as to what we are supposed to be eating.
