I am a diabetic type 1 and most of the time I have a strong pulse but it feel that my heart is breaking out of my chest. What's the low down with heart rates etc :)?

You shouldn't feel as if its beating out your chest, I would get a check-up at gp's just to be sure.
 
Okay :3 my BG is normal and it feels that my heart is pumping out my chest, I mean it feels like its breaking out !

Any way to deal with it?

It's really bad for your body to have all those fight and flight hormones all the time :shock:
 
Not that I know of mate. Very stressful time of my life and it isn't getting any better anytime soon. Ah well. I just thought it was something bad :)
