Heights, scare me to death!
Liars, cheats. poseurs, any kind of violence, thieves and people who take advantage of others.
The way the world is going to hell in a handbasket.
Global warming, the melting ice caps, whaling..I mean what for?!

Having to give up my eat everything philosophy..and I really really dislike consequences.
I have Omeprazole (Losec) prescribed along with my quarterly meds. I had horrific heartburn I am guessing because of the amount of meds I have to take. This solves it pretty well. I low carb and have small amounts of butter and cream but I have found that if I overdo those especially close to bedtime, I get heartburn quite badly. If I am careful though, no problems

I'm also on Omeprazole - it's prescription-only so you will need to see your GP

I am taking pantaprazole 40mg before breakfast. It is effective. But it is better to consult your Doctor before contnuing this for long time.
