Hi so sorry to hear that but please try not to add any extra pressure on yourself! Your a1c is good and remember first trimester involves a lot of hypos so it will naturally fall when the time comes. You're being too hard on yourself, you done a great job with your son, you know it was nothing to do with diabetes, and you'll do a great job again - keep telling yourself that! I'm also about to start ttc again and I found that my sugars started to go all over the place then I rage bloused with corrections and it just became difficult to spot trends etc. I think because we need a little help and will be starting fertility treatment again I just felt under pressure but have, over the last few days, really focussed and relaxed a little, waiting and watching to test my basal and I've been making tweaks and things seem to be settling down (fingers crossed!). everything can effect our BS but just take the time to really focus on basal testing to get that locked down then into ratios etc. just focus on the most problematic time of day. For me, that has been overnight with lows so I'm working on that and will focus on another part of day once that's sorted. Take a little bit at a time and don't try to fix everything at once. It's helped me so far and I hope it does you. You'll get there, sometimes we just need to take a step back. Lots of luck x
