hello all, my first time here and hope to learn alot from you.I have type2 but have to inject 4 times a day.Ive had diabetes for a year and a half now and still cant get use to it, sorry if this sounds like a wine but its how i feel.Its changed my life, i feel tired all the time , cold and ache, now ive been told i have degeneritive arthritus ,im only 48? im scared of what i eat or drink and im scared when i go out. My gp has tried me on anti-depressants but thats not me,Ill work on it myself.Now ive got that of my chest and i know im not the only one.Does anyone else feel the same,or did and how did you get over it. :!:

I think it's only natural to feel scared sometimes and i'm sure most of us have at some point.
