hello and goodbye

joined a long while ago after some info in regards to my mum.

I very rarely logged on, but read through many many threads and found some wonderful and informative posts, and for that i pass on my eternal thanks.
I now must say my goodbyes without actually saying hello properly, but my mum passed away last year from kidney failure (type 2 related)

Again, thank you for a wonderful site.

Sorry to hear about your mum :-( but you are always welcome on the forums

Hello Caringdaughter ... ((((Hugs))))) I'm very, very sorry to hear about your Mum and thank you for taking the time to come and tell us. Also I'm glad you found the forum helpful, I'm fairly new here myself (5 months) and I don't know what I'd have done without it. Take care ... Grace

I'm sorry to read about your mum it must be very hard for you. Hang in and I hope all your preparations go to plan. X

Sorry to hear about your Mum and thank you for your post.
Don't feel you have to leave now though. You have learnt about diabetes both from your Mum and on here so you have knowledge that may help others, especially from an outsiders point of view and then maybe someday someone could be writing a post to thank you!
Take care
Angie

Truly sorry to hear about your Mum :(

As Angie said, you can turn this in to a positive thing and take your knowledge and pass it on to others in need.
