Hello everyone. New to this and to Type 2

Hello everyone,
My name is Kevin and I live in Scotland. I am new to Diabetes and to be honest was surprised to be told I had it. I am a healthy living individual with no weight issues so thought i was not at risk.
hey ho, need to ask some questions and would apprciate your advice.
Not sure where to post them but as you guys are the experts I will ask in there.

Welcome to the forum. Take a good look around and as you say ask your questions. Ask the Experts as you say is a good place to start.
