Hi I’m new to the forum but not to diabetes I have CFRD I’ve been reading on this site and it’s very informative, I can see I’m going to get a lot of help on here. I don’t have a diabetic consultant/team anymore but to be honest there less than helpful. I’ve taught myself everything I know about diabetes from reading books and going on the internet. I’m 28 and my cf consultant asked the guys that deal with the insulin pump to see if I’m eligible for one, they have agreed that I would benefit from one so I’m going through the motions of getting one. January I will be doing a carb counting course (REACCT) course. I’ve already taught myself how to carb count but you still need to go through the motions :) Anyway look forward to reading on here and learning all I can.

Welcome to the forum MegaMan, and I'm pleased to read that you will be eventually fitted up with a pump.
