Hi all ,
I have decided to take @Pipp's advice and jump out of the shadows, stop lurking and say hello !
Been reading the different threads for a couple of months now , so not exactly a newbie ... but new to posting.
I've jumped in now ,so thanks pipp for the encouragement :)

Hello and welcome from me, so pleased that you have taken the plunge :)

Hello ex-lurker. No going back now.

So, been meaning to ask, do your feet itch?

Welcome @itchyfeet and hope you will enjoy the forum. There is always somebody who can answer a query for you and we look forward to your posts.

Look forward to your posts @ itchyfeet. I used to lurk a bit, before plunging in to this friendly pool of knowledgeable folk.

I must admit I have learnt alot from lurking ... was diagnosed Type 2 about 4 years ago , followed NHS guidance as recommended by my nurse until about 3 months ago . I had a meltdown when she told me my next stage was to move onto injectables and she advised me to another site , I found this one read lots ... lowered carbs and hopefully will have lowered my results enough to stay on tablets only ... So really thankful to everyone here .

Hi and welcome from me. Hope your next result are great

Thank-you ..... me too , according to my meter the 90 day average is down to 6.0 from 7.9 ..... so I've got to be doing something right lol . Got my next appointment on 26 th June , so not to long to wait :D

Welcome. You'll certainly never regret joining this forum - there's so much experience that people are willing to share.

Thanks WeeFergus , I have learnt more about my diabetes in the last 3 months from reading people's posts on this forum than I have in the last 4 years ....... and for this reason , I will be eternally thankful to everyone here ! :D
