Hi Everyone

I've recently been diagnosed as pre-diabetic for Type II so am trying to research what I need to do to help myself lower my blood sugars. I found this site via Facebook and thought 'this is probably the best place to learn and get the best advice'. So here I am. Happy to chat and make friends too of course!

Hello, @Rayne . Welcome. You have indeed arrived at a good place to get advice and exchange ideas. As you are diagnosed pre-diabetic it is still possible for you to avoid getting the full T2. So, hope you will find the info and support you need.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm prediabetic...was bit of a shock to find out how I did, but not a surprise given my family history. However, I'm making the necessary lifestyle changes and hope to put off T2D for a very long time.

What changes have you made, or are you considering?
