I have just had my blood tests and have dropped to 6.2% on the DCCT reading and 44 on the IFCC reading. I've been diabetic since 2003 and on insulin, but had a lot of control issues until more recently. I'm not sure what this all means so if anyone can give feedback I would be very grateful. Hi there, I'm new to this site too but had diabetes for a good few years now, been messed around by many doctors and as like you I have had trouble with my levels and struggle to keep on top of my levels. Thought enough is enough and joined the GYM and have been working hard and watching what I eating but got home from a class tonight and blood sugar reading of 28.1....I just don't get it....has chicken and rice for dinner...need to go for a blood test but I keep allowing things to get in the way.....arghhh
