To manage blood sugars reasonably well although they are increasing in the mornings with no change to my diet! I have clinic in next couple of weeks so will mention it. Enjoy reading the posts and find it helpful as not a lot of people at work understand the issues we all face on a daily basis.

Regarding the morning highs, search for 'dawn phenomenon' in the search window up top, as the most likely cause.
