Hello, everyone!
I really need to lose weight FAST!
I am a fat ***, that fell in love! Ha! Now I can think about nothing, except my lovely girl and my **** fat! I don't think she will love me, 314 lbs giant. I began to eat only vegetables and fruits, I forgot about McDonalds, I constantly drink green tea, I exercise, but losing weight takes much time! Please, I need help! Here [commercial link removed] I read about diet pills, but I don't believe they can help. Who knows for sure? Are this pills bad for people who have diabetes?
Any tips? Now I appreciate each advice.

Ummm.....eat less?
Weight loss is really calories in being less than calories used.

Diet changes are good - but you need to cut back on the carbohydrates.
If you cut back on the amount you eat, make sure you are getting enough protein and try and minimise the carbs then the weight should start to drop off.

Are you from the UK?
People from the UK normally express weight in stones and pounds, but not always.
Are you really diabetic?
I've looked at your profile and there can't be many T1s of your stated weight who are on diet only.
I also note you had a commercial link removed.

Whatever, welcome to the forum - pull up a seat and join in. :D

Anyway, if you weigh 314lbs what is your target weight?
If it is under 200lbs then it may take you a while.
You will also have to work to keep your body from sagging too much - a steady weight loss can sometimes be better than crash dieting.
Also, how tall are you?
Depending on your height your BMI is either bad or very bad.

Look at two diets discussed quite often here.
5:2 appears to be a good long term diet and if you cut back to 600kcals for two days a week then it is likely to make a big difference to your weight without driving you mad with hunger.

The Newcastle Diet of 600kcals per day over the long term is more extreme but it does promise significant weight loss and is designed for people who are morbidly obese and who need to lose weight quickly before surgery such as gastric banding.
Despite the original design target there are people here who are trying the Newcastle Diet where they aren't looking at surgery - just trying it to see if they can cut down their weight and improve their blood sugar control.

The main thing to remember is that losing weight quickly by crash dieting is not always a good thing.
The aim is to change your eating and exercise life style so that your weight comes down to a more healthy range and stays there.
So the changes you make must be ones that you can live with comfortably for the rest of your life.

Hope this helps.

Presuming you met her when you was heavy, what makes you think she won't love you as you are? Of course losing weight would be great but do it for your health not to make someone love you, I would like to think love goes deeper than fat :) good luck

Hi,

As a friend of mine was fond of saying "it ain't rocket science" Eating less might mean you will lose weight, but eating the right amount of the right thing will be a lot better for you. Also gentle exercise. Long romantic walks with your lady friend sounds like a good way to start, and she will be helping you to get fit. Sorted!!

Good luck mate,
Lee.
