Hello newly diagnosed Type 2

Hello

I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and this has left me a little concerned. Firstly when diagnosed I was given little information about the condition, diet etc. My medical practioner jumped straight in and talked about medication. I asked about any alternatives but again the information was not very helpful. I am hoping this forum will prove to be informative and answer some of the questions I have.

Hi Haileson and welcome to the forum. I hope you find this resource useful, I know I did when I was first diagnosed.

Anyway have a good look round the forum especially the Basic Information For Newly Diagnosed Diabetics and if you have any questions just ask someone is sure to have the answer
 
Hello Haileson and welcome to the forum :) I'm sure you will get the answers to your questions, either by asking everyone here if they know, or by reading around and also using the search engine. People here are much more helpful than those you have come across recently. :wink:
