Hiya,
Just wondering if anyone can answer this for me? I have been low carbing for a while now and been doing pretty okay with it. I'm sticking to around 50g a day and seeing results........if I cheat a bit, then its okay as I don't put weight on, so I guess I have found that eating maybe 70G doesn't actually put weight back on me!
anyhow..................since I have been talking about low carbing to friends at work a few of them have jumped on the Atkins band wagon...........they seem to like the induction phase (20G) to kick start the weight loss. The thing that is now confusing me is that Atkins works on Net Carbs ( Carbs- fibre) is this right? If so.............am I meant to be looking at the net carbs even if its not really Atkins I'm doing???
This net carb thing is kinda confusing me, mind you it doesn't take much lol
