Hi,

I was jogging on with my life , family , work , social , sport / fitness
Until out of the blue six months ago, fell ill and was diagnosed with T1 at the age of 43 !!!

Been a some tough times since, but getting on top of things at the moment and getting my life back....

Hello and welcome to the forum. Well done for getting back on track, it's not easy. I'm a recently diagnosed type 2 and very much feeling my way but trying to remain positive.
