Hi everyone,

I have just joined and wanted to say hello to everyone.

I have had Diabetes for some 10 years now but have been rather blaise about it.

Now at the age of 64 I am being threatened with Insulin.

I DO NOT want to inject Insulin!!

I will start a topic shortly in a more appropriate place to tell you all my woes.

Hi diet betes.
Welcome to the forum. Have a good look around and if you have any questions or able to offer advice then 'fire away.' Look forward to seeing your new topic as most times you do not have to go on Insulin, there are alternatives, which dependent on your personal circumstances, may be suitable for you. However, Insulin is just the cheapest tool in the box. Money talks you see.
