Hi My name is Vampyr Engel I have had diabetes since I was 34 years old , I got it in London in 2001 and my then girlfriend Petra Hans Christa died of alcohol poisoning on Jan 14th She had severe cyrosis of the liver Today I have just been told I have stage 4 Kidney Disease , naturally I am very worried but somehow I don't feel all that ill yes I had an operation end of last year on my right eye and I have to take Ferrous Sulphate for my anemia but I walk to most places I go I just don't know what to make of this diagnosis as I was fairly OK last year they checked me in the Hospital and I wasn't told whether I have even had stage 1 diagnosis let alone what I was told today Can I get some help at all please?

Oh yes I have done that I hope and my girlfriend died and is buried in Kassel , Germany and has been there since 2002 so ... you know
