Hello and welcome to the forums. It helps others to respond to you if you give a bit of information about what type of diabetes you have, how long you've been diagnosed, that sort of thing. When I was first diagnosed this forum was the best source of information on diabetes anywhere - I don't think that's changed.

Read around and ask questions. Lots of very knowledgeable people here.
