Hi, my name is Glenda and I’ve just been diagnosed with type 2 at 76 years old. I’m finding everything confusing and trying to learn how to cope with this new challenge.
Welcome @Glenda49 .
There is some info for new members at the end of my signature in this post.
Have a read, and do come back to ask any questions you may have.
Our members are generally very supportive and can advise from their own experience.

I'm new to the form but not new to diabetic just take one step at a time. One meal at a time and learn as much as you can when I first started 25 years ago I went to the website Ada and I learned as much as I can even learn from here just take a tiny step one step you could do it if I could do it and tell you you could do it I was a big Handful in a few in the past and I had a hard time getting real but now I'm here I can talk about it just take a step and breathe
