Found this forum whilst looking for information on low carb diets.What a fantastic find! So much information and experience.My partner was diagnosed 6 months ago with type 2 and at the moment his blood sugars are not very stable!He takes metformin 500mg 4 times a day.Now armed with lots of info on low carb eating we are going to experiment.
