My little boy aged 6 has just welcomed a new classmate that has diabetes he would love to learn more in his words so he can help her feel safe and part of the class can you point me in the right direction to age appropriate and correct information I can share with him thanks for your help

Diabetes UK (this forum has nothing to do with the charity), has a guide for children with diabetes called "My Life"". It is aimed as children a little older than your son (ages 7 to 11) but you may find it useful to read through together.
