Can anyone recommend a low carb sugar free protein shake. I am type 1 and started going to the gym to burn fat and build some muscle. if you can help. Thanks Kelps.
 
Natures Sunshine do a protein shake which is about 15g carbs ( I think). You have to buy through a distributor. It's really good stuff.
 
Try my protein for cheap protein. Good reviews on it too, fast delivery with time slots, they even email you to tell you when they deliiver. Good grief I sound like an advert. I actually buy from them.
