Just wondering why there are no courses for pre-diabetics? Well, I've not found any so far :( It seems there's only help and advice via the NHS and GP/Nurse if you're actually diagnosed T2 or T1 (with the exception of this fantastic forum of course  ). I've even tried LIFT Psychology who run CBT based courses in the area in which I live. They do one for T2s but as I'm NOT actually T2 I can't register for this and wouldn't want to take a place up that a T2 may want. I would have thought that the NHS and GP would want to educate people in order to give them a fighting chance of NOT going on to develop T2?
