Hba1c tips please... The best way to keep it constant (or keep BG constant) and foods/drinks that help keep blood sugars level?

I'm sure you know that (in very basic terms) it's only an average of your blood glucose levels over the past 3 months. Get your daily readings down and your a1c will be lower. What are your daily BG numbers like?

And of course the only way to do this is to manage what you eat and when you inject to avoid particularly high spikes...

Carb counting and working out your insulin to carbohydrate ratio is really helpful. If you're doing this, I have found further to this eating a lot of low carb value foods has helped stability.
