Hi guys,
I have been experiencing something similar to 'hot flashes' at about 10:30 pm and at about 4:30 am daily. I sometimes feel that my blood sugars are declining at 10:30 pm and rising at 4:30 am. After struggling to stabilize my blood glucose levels, I had great numbers 105mg/dl and less for about two months (January and February) after my doctors changed my meds to Glucovance. But over the past month my fasting blood sugar levels have risen to between 130-170 mg/dl and I've noticed the 'hot flashes' at those specific times only, when I feel as though there is a rush of some chemical through my body. I am 56 years old, live in the Caribbean and was diagnosed as T2 last July. Will be very grateful for any opinion on this situation please.
