Help! I have so much weight to lose

This week I lost 7.5lbs making a total of 24 pounds in 10 weeks.:D
Maybe this salves the 2.5lb gain of your holiday? There's much talk about weight plateau on here, and perhaps your changes on holiday gave your body a chance to reboot your metabolism a bit? Some punches are easier to roll with that others.

Of course that's all speculative gobbledygook, but what a result!!

The only thing I don't understand is why you aren't running through the streets flailing your arms, shouting it at the top of your voice??? (OK, so you have sense........;)). Have you called your husband? I be the will be so proud of you.

Respec' the zand, as the young, hip, down with the kids people say. :):D;)

Yep I have texted hubby and both of our sons. One son has phoned me and the other texted me. Hubby probably has his phone switched off (sigh!) His phone is always switched off.

Thanks And Breathe, lunarlinda and sanguine. I am so HAPPY!

Well done Zand I am so pleased for you as now you will have the incentive to beat your old weight. All that walking in Boston must have helped great result think of all the new clothes you are going to need !

thanks Connie, yes I haven't been this weight for 6 years and it does feel kind of nice.

I also forgot to say ...I'm not 'morbidly obese' anymore just 'seriously obese'. This is so relevant to me because it was when the scales tipped me into the worse category that I got ill. I can't believe I am finally losing the weight.

Wow.. Well done you. Must be all that oven cleaning ;-)
My only worry is zand develops a hypothesis supporting ironing as an appropriate weight loss strategy. Although, come to think of it; that would be enough to make me ensure my padding didn't creep back on!

Now that's an idea.......oh, thanks, the ironing!...and washing! my son is going to want his Holland shirt when he goes to the match on Friday. I've really got to get on with things.... thanks for reminding me.

Thanks Jamrox, gorgeous flowers too.

Now I am going to try to mend a pair of shorts (for my son!).

Sorry I thought I had replied to this bit earlier. Yes to all of it I reckon.

Right, so I've just filled out an online questionnaire from my local health authority about the Slimming World sessions. I answered it mainly with LCHF,DCUK forum, eat well plate, and Southport GP Study type answers. Then I filled in my details, which was optional. I can't believe a shy person can change so much in 24 hours. I hope this doesn't go horribly wrong for me :nailbiting: I seem to remember I used to hide away all the time.
