help.me with this problem.!!'

Hi was wondering if anyone had ketoneacidosis and has a tight jaw shortness of breathe body cramps and the smell.of ammonia in there nose straight after eating I feel ill.constantly my hba1c is 4.5 and my blood sugar is always either low.or mid tone I have a high blood sugar about 3 times a week I can't hack living like this anymore.I don't feel.hypos and I think.I need a insulin pump.Iv.been type 1 for 5 years I do possibly have muscular dystrophy. But needs to be confirmed please if anyone can help me.with these symptoms I. Would be greatful
 
As Alexandra has suggested test for ketones.

DKA diabetic ketoacidosis is a result of high blood sugar with a lack of insulin. HbA1c is usually very high with DKA. An HbA1c of 4.5 shows that you are running blood sugar very low for much of the time.

What has happened in the last two months to change your control?
 
if you run you BG 6 and 7-9 after meal and you eat 150g of carb a day, you shouldn't be in nutritional ketosis and as ambersilva said it's not the symptoms of DKA

I would say get thee to a doctor & also get the meter checked out for accuracy..?
I may have interpreted your post wrong. But could the meter be reading "false lows"??
