HELP, my 4 year old sons type 1... low right now

hello, for the past 4 days my sons had sickness and D.... weve been battling low sugars and tody we thought were making headway however hes low again now nd has been about 90 mins hes had about8 dextrose and hes ranging from 2.1 - 3.7 going up and down every 10 mins.
we wont eat anything else. just tested. 4.2
 
that is a worry for you..You can ring NHS 24/7 for advice, and ring the nurse this morning
I'm t2 but it sounds like all you can do is get the dextrose in to him, if he wont have any slow carbs snacks

is your son on a pump or insulin injections?

It's best that you contact his diabetes team asap (or your out of hours gp service) and they will advise you on reducing his insulin doses to prevent the hypo's.
 
How is your little lad this morning, I sincerely hope all is well this morning and you managed to get his readings up to a good level.
