Last night I signed up for Parkrun and this morning I ran my first ever 5k in just over 35 minutes. First time I have ever run this distance as well.
I might pay for it tomorrow, but I've not felt this good in absolutely ages.
 
Has there ever been a more heartwarming three pages and a quicker turnaround? This thread needs framing.

Imagine what could be achieved if and when HCPs are all rowing in the same direction with us?!

Check these guys out on Youtube. Dr. Berg, Dr Sten Ekberg and Dr. Ken Berry they all give great explanations of how Type 2 works and what your body really needs. If you have celiac you avoid gluten, if you are type 2 you avoid carbs and sugar.
