HELP..... NEWBIE ALERT NEED TO SET UP MIAOMIAO WITH LIBRE AND NIGHTSCOUT ...IM LOST

HI MY NEWLY DIAGNOSED DAUGHTER IS USING LIBRE SO HER DAD ORDER A MIAOMIAO 1 TO HELP WITH THE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS FOR ME AS IM CHECKING AT LEAST 4 TIMES DURING THE NIGHT
ONLY PROBLEM IS IM NOT VERY TECH SAVY..AND IVE GT MYSELF CONFUSED TRYING TO SET IT UP .

SO MY DAUGHTER HAS IPHONE 8 AND WATCH SERIES3 I HAVE ANDROID PHONE AND I DONT KNOW WHAT APPS ETC TO USE AND HOW TO SET IT ALL UP . CAN SOE KIND PERDO PLEASE HELP AS ANYTHING IVE READ IS LIKE DOUBLE DUTCH TO ME ........

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATFULLY RECIEVED

For the iPhone you've a choice of 3 apps, tomato, xDrip & spike, tomato is the simplest to use (but the least reliable) xDrip's good but basic and spike is a mission to install.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/853994615056838/ is the xDrip facebook group and you can download the software from there or the iTunes store (freeware), nightscout is different again, http://www.nightscout.info/ is worth a read as you would need to be a 'follower' as the data collected by xDrip is stored there, Sugarmate may do this also but I've not used it https://sugarmate.io/ as I use nightscout but it appears to be decent for the iPhone, but the last 2 require you to be running one of the first 3.

I'll come back to say in actual fact as good as Sugarmate is it still requires you to set up a nightscout account if using xDrip.
