could someone let me know of a 'free to call tel.advise line no.', i have no credit left on my phone. just been released from hospital with my readings v, low and just need some some verbal advice as aposed to having to go back in!... really frightening as am scared sh..less now. just want to talk and can't type for too long. so so thanks for any response. can deal with right advise but not going through that hell of drs again.

Eat something then call NHS direct on 0845 46 47 If you are ill you may just need to go back to hospital. Do you have any friends or relatives you can call on for help?

Eat some sugar, drink some glucozade, coca cola anything to get your levels up.
If you can't do that get help.
Then test and decide rationally what to do.
