Help Please as I am a new member and also a market researche

Hi,

I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes roughly a year ago. I am also a market researcher, and am conducting a telephone or on-line project for insulin pump users. How do I go about getting permission to put this on the website please to recruit? I am bound by the MR Code of conduct and am not selling anything. I would dearly like to speak to someone as I do not wish to contravene any rules or regulations but cannot find anything on this site.
