Help please - snacking!

Nuts, cheese (mini BabyBel are handy for keeping about your person!), olives, baked goods (yes you can still have your cake and eat it!) 85% chocolate, peanut butter (mix 1tbsp peanut butter with 2tbsp double cream and a bit of sweetener and mix until it goes thick. It's a bit like fudge:hungry:). If you are not eating meat I would suggest at least eating fish, especially oily fish like salmon, trout, mackerel etc. These contain fats that are really beneficial. I also use coconut oil for cooking in - again high in beneficial fats if you believe the research!
